Created in response to issues of pervasive harassment, discrimination and assault, the mission of the We Said Enough Equity Project is to eliminate these incidents within professional and academic settings.

This will be accomplished by:

  1. Promoting strategies, initiatives and public policies that prevent discrimination, harassment and assault, first time perpetration, and victimization through the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of culturally competent awareness and prevention programs; and,
  2. Offering resources for building healthy relationships, and to work with partners to provide restorative services that support community-wide healing for the effects of discrimination, sexual harassment and assault.

Our vision is to create a national community unified in improving equality and equity for all. We Said Enough (WSE) will work to help ensure individuals can realize their full human potential and succeed without discrimination, harassment or abuse.

There is no “silver bullet” when it comes to reducing and effectively responding to bullying, harassment and abuse. It takes multiple strategies to improve a community’s overall safety and to improve feelings of security – and ongoing responsiveness to changes in culture and climate. This is the reason why WSE is leveraging best practices, expert stakeholders and innovative technology to build a comprehensive solutions to the problems of bullying, harassment and abuse.

Your contribution will allow WSE to support victims and survivors, and to drive culture change across the country.
